I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training plan by figuring out what works best with different goals!

My workout journey
I started my workout journey in 2020. I was still in highschool, so juggling school and the gym wasn’t an easy task. Once we got out of quarantine, I wanted a hobby that would take all my attention. I turned to the gym, and it was the best decision of my life. Being able to see your hard work and feel better internally, is the best reward. I started getting more educated about the gym and learning what exercises helped the most, and i ended up having the best idea yet. To help other’s achieve their goals!! This has been the most successful project I’ve ever done. I am so happy to be able to help overs improve and see their progress!
